General Position Purpose Statement

 

The Web Technology Manager reports directly to the Chief Communications Officer, works closely with other members of the Communications team, and has supervision of external vendors used to provide technical services. The Web Technology Manager will be responsible for selecting, configuring, maintaining and ensuring the security of technology tools that support The Hotline’s communications activities, including web hosting and ancillary services (security certificates, content delivery networks, etc.) This position is also responsible for overseeing development of web properties for The Hotline, through oversight of external vendors providing development services as well as some direct development.

The IT Technical Support Specialist is a member of the National Domestic Violence Hotline (NDVH) Technology Team, and is supervised by the VP of Technology. The IT Technical Support Specialist provides consultative IT expertise, coordinates technology-related support efforts, and answers staff questions on the technology issues.

GENERAL PURPOSE STATEMENT

 

The Major Gifts Officer reports directly to the Director of Development and is responsible for the cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of gifts from a portfolio of high net worth donors and prospects. The Major Gifts Officer will develop and implement strategies for individual major gift donor relationship management (manage, mature, upgrade) to meet short- and long-term goals of the department. 

 

The primary objective of the Major Gifts Officer is to develop long-term relationships for the National Domestic Violence Hotline (The Hotline) in the Western region of the U.S., built on a firm understanding of donor interests, passions and values.
